Place: Lodge in the Northern California Sierra Mountains
Cost: $50 for non-students and their spouse, $25 for students and their spouse

FAQ:
- Minimal childcare provided on site
- Rides between airport and conference site will be provided
- Need to fly in on 12th by 2:00pm and depart after 12:00pm on 15th
- Fly into San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose or Sacramento (Sac is the best)
- Sleeping Arrangements
- separate lodging for men and wome, no single private rooms
- Travel assistance provided upon request and need (50% or up to $200/person or $300/couple)
- Activities
- hiking, kayaking, basketball, volleyball, soccer, football and archery
- Conference schedule will be posted by the end of this year

From Reno:
- Get on 80W
